Last week marked the kick-off of the second year of Lego Dimensions toys, a year that when announced in June, was revealed to be including characters from the Cartoon Network series, Teen Titans GO!:
A lot of the properties announced in that trailer have gotten narrowed down release dates in the past few months: we know that Sonic the Hedgehog and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them are coming in November and the Story as well as Fun Pack for The Lego Batman Movie are set to launch in February, but noticeably absent from the schedule thus far has been Teen Titans GO!. In an interview with NZGamer.com, a producer from Warner Bros, Games by the name of Doug Heder finally gave a window of time in which to finally expect Teen Titans GO! to arrive in Dimensions, but it looks like we’re going to have to wait a while.
No release date for the wave was given, but Teen Titans GO! will be included as part of wave nine in the year two content. Given that six was last week, seven will come in November followed by seven and-a-half in February and eight in March, I would expect GO! to land in the month of May. This lines up with how the characters rolled out this year, replacing a February launch of characters with January when Joker and Harley among other characters arrived earlier this year.
