BATMAN: RETURN TO ARKHAM LANDS A NEW RELEASE DATE (UPDATE)

Initially set to arrive this past July but delayed to issues with quality, the completion title Batman: Return to Arkham, which remasters both Batman: Arkham Asylum as well as Batman: Arkham City along with all the DLC for both titles in one convenient package, will now launch on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One as well as PC on October 21st. Hopefully the game makes this release date and delivers on the promise of being the definitive way to experience both of these classic games. Interestingly enough, this puts the release of Batman: Return to Arkham very close to the October 11th launch date of both the PlayStation VR as well as Batman: Return to Arkham, making it a bit of a condolence for those who can’t afford, or even find, Sony’s VR headset when it lands on store shelves in just over a month’s time.

UPDATE:

A trailer was released along with the release date announcement that does a side-by-side look of the games running on current and last generation consoles. Previously it wasn’t in an embeddable form but has since been released in a format that I can now add it to the post.
