DC Universe Online has been exclusive to Sony consoles since its launch back in 2011, even showing up at the PS4 launch in 2013 as a downloadable title. This exclusivity will change in 2016 as developer Daybreak Game Company announced that the MMO set in the DC Universe will be making its way to the Xbox One early in 2016. The exclusivity was due in part to Daybreak being a part of Sony Online Entertainment, however Sony sold this division to an investment firm by the name of Columbia Nova early last year which now allows the MMO to jump ship to Microsoft’s latest console.
